1. Raw Crop Intake Audit
- Evaluation of crop solid content ratios, sizing uniformity, and soil presence.

- Sourcing exclusively from contracted farmers using Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and low-residue crop management.
2. In-Process Critical Audits
- Continuous hourly temperature logging at tunnel air entry (accuracy within ±1°C).
- Ozone-washed crop sanitation stages with continuous monitoring of free chlorine levels.
- Frequent testing of mechanical sifting screen integrity to ensure zero sieve bypass or grain size deviations.
3. Finished Product Analysis
- Moisture balance mapping to guarantee retained values stay below 6.0% (4.5% target).
- In-house lab checks for Total Plate Count (TPC < 300,000 cfu/g), Yeast & Mold (< 100 cfu/g), and E.coli/Salmonella (Absent).
- Physical inspections for hot-water insolubles, ash content, optical color consistency, and sulphur dioxide residue.
